Better together.

The Home Performance Plan (HPP) is available as a bolt-on to any Home Repair Plan at $100/mo (half the standalone price). HPP handles preventative maintenance on separate visit blocks, so your HRP repair hours are never consumed by routine upkeep. Together, they form a complete home care system: HPP keeps things from breaking, HRP fixes what already has.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I combine plans?
Yes. The HPP bolt-on is available to any HRP client at $100/mo (half the standalone price). HPP visits are always performed on separate blocks from HRP work — you never lose repair time to maintenance tasks.
Which plan is right for a 30A second home?
HomeWatch is purpose-built for second homes — it combines home watch observation with hands-on maintenance on every visit. If your home also has deferred repairs, pairing HomeWatch with the HRP gives you both ongoing care and a structured plan to resolve existing issues.
Do I need an inspection to start?
HomeWatch and HPP require no inspection — you can start immediately. The HRP begins with a $500 100-point inspection that identifies all deficiencies and informs your 12-month repair plan. The inspection fee credits toward your first month if you enroll within 30 days.
Are these month-to-month?
HomeWatch and HPP are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. The HRP has a 12-month minimum to ensure enough time to execute the repair plan. All plans offer annual prepay discounts.
What areas do you serve?
The 30A corridor and surrounding Emerald Coast communities: Santa Rosa Beach, Rosemary Beach, WaterColor, Seaside, Seagrove Beach, Grayton Beach, Inlet Beach, Alys Beach, Miramar Beach, Destin, and Walton and Okaloosa County.
