Home Repair Plan

Stop deferring. Start resolving.

We inspect your home, identify every deficiency, estimate the total cost, and divide it across 12 predictable monthly payments. Then we show up and do the work. Licensed general contractor. Dedicated technician. Every trade.

Deferred maintenance is the most expensive decision you never made.

Every home deteriorates. Caulking cracks. Wood rots. Moisture creeps in. Paint fades. Hardware corrodes. Small problems become moderate problems. Moderate problems become emergencies.

Most homeowners know their home needs work. They just don't know where to start, who to call, or how to budget for it. So they defer. And deferral compounds. A $200 caulk repair becomes a $2,000 rot repair becomes a $15,000 structural repair.

The Home Repair Plan eliminates this cycle. We find everything. We plan the fix. We execute it — on a predictable monthly payment, on a recurring schedule, under one licensed contractor.

The HRP Lifecycle

1

Step 1

Assess

A 100-point home inspection covering every system — interior, exterior, envelope, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, moisture. Every deficiency documented with photos and cost estimates.

2

Step 2

Plan

All deficiencies compiled into a prioritized 12-month repair schedule. Critical items front-loaded. Total cost divided across predictable monthly payments.

3

Step 3

Execute

Licensed GC technicians arrive on a recurring schedule and work through the plan. Every visit tracked, photographed, and reported. One contractor, every trade.

4

Step 4

Reassess

At month 12, a full re-inspection. Completed items closed out. New deficiencies identified. A new plan built. The cycle continues — your home gets smarter every year.

It starts with a 100-point inspection.

A comprehensive assessment of every system in your home. Every deficiency documented with photos, severity ratings, and cost estimates.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is a visit block?
One visit block is 3 billable hours. Technicians operate on AM/PM block scheduling. Each visit, your dedicated tech works through the highest-priority items on your plan. Unused blocks do not roll over month-to-month.
How are materials handled?
Consumables (caulk, batteries, cleaning supplies, small hardware) are included up to $50/month. Plan work materials (paint, lumber, glass, flashing) are billed at cost-plus. You can also supply your own materials with no markup.
What if I need to cancel?
The HRP has a 12-month minimum commitment. Early termination incurs a fee of 2x your monthly rate. The plan auto-renews annually after re-inspection — cancel with 60 days written notice before renewal.
Can I add the Home Performance Plan?
Yes. The HPP bolt-on is $100/mo for any active HRP client. HPP visits are always on separate blocks — your repair hours are never consumed by preventative maintenance. Together, HPP + HRP form a complete home care system.
What about emergencies?
All HRP clients receive priority triage during business hours. True emergencies (active water intrusion, structural failure) are handled as expedited project work. The HRP is a planned repair program, not an emergency service — but you always get priority treatment.
What if my home needs more than Premium covers?
For large estates, multi-structure properties, or significant deferred maintenance, we build a custom plan priced on total estimated annual labor plus materials divided by 12. The tier structure is a starting point, not a ceiling.
