Add to HRP

Your visits could save you $500-$1,500/year on insurance.

During HPP visits, we document wind mitigation features — roof-to-wall connections, covering type, nailing patterns, secondary water resistance, opening protection. Most Florida homeowners are overpaying because these features were never properly documented.

Real math: The HPP is $200/month ($2,400/year). Average wind mitigation savings for a coastal Florida home: $800-$1,500/year. Effective cost after savings: $900-$1,600/year — before we prevent a single repair.

How It Works

1

Step 1

Subscribe

Sign up online, by phone, or through a Prome technician. No inspection required — the HPP is maintenance, not diagnosis.

2

Step 2

Baseline Assessment

Your first quarterly visit: a comprehensive walkthrough covering every checklist item. We document the starting condition of your home.

3

Step 3

Quarterly Visits

Every quarter, a licensed GC technician works through the full checklist, performs hands-on maintenance, and documents everything with photos.

4

Step 4

Report & Recommend

After every visit: what was done, what was found, what we recommend. Flagged items include severity and next steps — monitor, repair, or evaluate for HRP.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a home inspection?
A home inspection is a one-time evaluation for real estate transactions. The HPP is an ongoing preventative maintenance program delivered by a licensed general contractor. We don't just report on condition — we test, measure, and maintain. Every quarter.
What happens when you find something that needs repair?
Minor issues (loose hinge, small caulk gap) are fixed on the spot during your visit. Moderate and critical findings are documented, flagged in your report, and quoted for repair — either as standalone work or as part of a Home Repair Plan (HRP) enrollment.
What HVAC work is included?
Filter inspection and replacement, condensate drain checks, and visual system assessment. For repairs requiring a specialty HVAC license, we coordinate with our preferred sub — one call, one invoice, one warranty.
How does the wind mitigation benefit work?
During visits, we document wind mitigation features (roof-to-wall connections, covering type, nailing patterns, secondary water resistance). This data can save $500-$1,500/year on Florida homeowner's insurance. Most homeowners are overpaying because these features were never properly documented.
Can I pair HPP with the Home Repair Plan?
Yes. The HPP bolt-on is $100/mo for any active HRP client (half the standalone price). HPP visits are always on separate blocks from HRP work — your repair hours are never consumed by routine maintenance.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans are month-to-month with no minimum commitment. Annual prepaid plans are non-refundable but offer significant savings ($500/year). Cancel anytime with no penalty on monthly plans.
