Responsibilities

  • Respond to maintenance and repair requests across luxury vacation rentals, condominiums, and resort properties using Prome's AI-powered dispatch system
  • Conduct detailed property assessments, utilizing AI-enhanced documentation tools to capture photos, videos, and technical specifications for accurate project scoping
  • Generate professional quotes on-site using Prome's intelligent pricing platform that analyzes historical data, material costs, and project complexity
  • Manage end-to-end project execution from initial diagnosis through completion, coordinating with vendors, property managers, and facility teams
  • Maintain direct relationships with property managers, HOA boards, facility managers, and realtors across 30A's premier communities
  • Leverage company-supplied truck and fully-stocked tool inventory to handle diverse mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance challenges
  • Track project progress and communicate updates through Prome's automated workflow system, ensuring transparent client communication throughout each engagement
